Team Tread is a top tier running program brought to you by System of Strength (SOS). SOS has a reputation for making people better, more efficient runners, so we decided to make it official with Team Tread. Our 12-week program revolves around using The System to compliment your runs and make you a more efficient and stronger runner. By incorporating strength, high-intensity interval training, core work, and recovery, your “running” fitness will improve significantly. Our certified instructors will create a fun & challenging environment that will elevate your running game and make you a better athlete.

Shred 415 on Sawmill Road will offer a 12 week training plan that includes both cross training (Shred), longer outdoor runs, and recovery.  Shred 415 will offer online support via a Facebook group, which will also serve as a place for members to organize longer runs and communicate.  Shred 415 will also have open hours on their Woodway treadmills.

Shred415 was founded by Chicago fitness experts Bonnie Micheli and Tracy Roemer in 2011. Frustrated with the lack of effective fitness options for busy parents and professionals, they set out to create the experience they wanted to see. By combining their 25 years of fitness industry expertise and their shared vision for a more inclusive experience, they created a concept that offers much more than a workout—it offers a family-friendly, athletic environment where people of all fitness levels can come together to reach their goals.

SHED Fitness is a high-energy personal and group training facility. Group classes are designed for all fitness levels to come together and empower each other to reach peak total body performance. You will be lead through a 50-minute circuit style full body workout mixed of both strength and interval exercises.

One of the biggest benefits of group fitness is being a part of a community. Our programming at SHED is a great cross-training option for runners and designed so you don’t have to go at it alone! Each day of the week classes work different areas of the body, giving strength and conditioning options to help properly equip them for a safe and effective training season. We encourage participants to join us in-studio for SHED group classes to build strength and endurance!

The concept is simple: our studios all over the world offer a 45 minute High-Intensity, Circuit Training workout class for our studio members. We have developed 27 different 45 minute workouts, with more currently in development. Our studios offer the same class at different times throughout the day. Every day throughout the week offers a different 45 minute workout. The workouts are created by the F45 Athletics and Peak Performance Department from a database of over 3,000 different exercises, so our members never get the same workout twice.

Harbor Yoga is a different brand of yoga. We offer a unique focus on strength and core training, with a mix of traditional and challenging yoga poses set to upbeat, fun music throughout. We are devoted to promoting a place of strength and inner peace for each of our students. In our heated studio, we offer a wide range of classes for yogis at any level.

Lagree House is a workout on a megaformer that effectively combines strength, endurance, core, cardio, balance, and flexibility. The movements are S L O W and controlled performed under constant tension, maximizing the mind-body connection. Our classes are intentionally small, providing one-on-one attention from our instructors who push your limits. Lagree House will grow with you, providing modifications and challenges every step of the way. Total body, high intensity, low impact - a perfect complement to a runner's training program. It’s the hardest workout you’ll ever love.
